The digital technology implemented in the Super Matroid product line represents our Green Fossil Energy vision for the industry. It helps contain the negative impact of conventional OTSGs by better-controlling emissions.
The Super Matroid requires fewer injection days to comply with the scheduled heat supply, guaranteeing savings in operational costs, fuel gas, and treated water.
EASE OF TRANSPORTATION
Super Matroid systems are completely portable, complying with all international land transportation regulations. This allows them to be easily moved between injection points within an oil field or over urban roads.
Super Matroid technology delivers steam with a quality of at least 95% to the well, using up to 12% less feedwater to deliver the same amount of heat compared to 80% dry steam.
FEEDWATER AND FUEL CONSUMPTION SAVINGS
Unlike conventional stream separators, which are installed at the steam discharge line’s outlet, Super Matroid technology ensures there is no loss of condensate or thermal energy. This uses up to 12% less feedwater and combustible gas.
Both Super Matroid systems provide up to 12% more heat over the nominal capacity, guaranteeing greater heat delivery to the reservoir.
CRUDE OIL PRODUCTION
This technology increases oil production by 15% or more, in addition to the initial the base of steam injection recovery.
